Processing of personal data for candidates

Dear Candidate, We inform you that the Qaracter Group is formed by Qaracter Financial Holding S.L, Qaracter Tecnología y Operaciones S.L.U, 2C Casado Consulting S.L,  are the Co-Responsible for the treatment of the personal data of the Interested Party and informs you that these will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, in order to make you participate in the personnel selection processes.

The processing of CV and personal data is based on the unequivocal consent by sending the same by the interested party. The data will be processed for a maximum period of one year, after which they will be blocked. After the mandatory legal period has expired, we will delete the data from our system. The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

In case of any change in your data, please inform us in writing as soon as possible, in order to keep them properly updated.  You are also informed that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability and deletion of your data, as well as the right to limit and oppose its processing by contacting us at Pº DE LA CASTELLANA, 95 15 - 28046 MADRID (Madrid).
